ERIE SPORTS CENTER T3 WRESTLING CLUB
The Erie Sports Center has assembled an All-Star team to organize and coach our youth program. This includes the following:
-Technical Director/Coach: Tom Tomeo (National and International Olympic level Coach)
-Program Advisor/Consultation: Bruce Baumgartner (13 x World or Olympic medalist)
– Girls Program Advisor/Consultation: Erin Vandiver
-Commissioner/Coach: Jason Radtke
-Program Director/Coach: Jim Hartken
This program brings together some of the best coaching talent in the area that will put the development of athletes first. The mission is to develop young athletes to be the best they can on and off the mat. When this occurs, young athletes will develop into leaders and excellent athletes for their clubs and school districts. This program will provide a neutral training program that will work with all school districts and wrestling clubs in the area.
Our program will include the following divisions for K through 6 (5 to 12 years old) wrestlers:
- Girls
- Boys novice (1st and 2nd year wrestlers)
- Boys advanced (3+ years wrestlers)
Divisions and ages will be divided at practices to develop each level of athletes to the best of their ability.
