FUNDRAISING INFORMATION
 
There will be three (3) fundraisers completed throughout the year.  The first fundraiser will be used SOLELY to help players/families offset their Team/Uniform fees for the season.  Most players/families will be able to cover a significant portion, if not all, of their Team/Uniform fees with this fundraiser.  The remaining two (2) fundraisers will be used to offset training facility costs, clinic costs, equipment costs, etc.  These fundraisers are mandatory.  If a player/family chooses not to participate in the fundraisers, there is a $300 buyout fee added to the Team/Uniform Fees for the year.  If a player/family chooses not to participate, their total fees for the year will be calculated as follows:  Team Fee + Uniform Fee + $300 = TOTAL FEES.  In the future, once ESC is able to host tournaments, our plan is to reduce the fundraisers to one (1) or two (2) maximum per year.  For this initial season, we will require three (3) fundraisers.
